It can be hard to find a new place to live. It can be even harder to find an apartment where you don’t have to worry about breathing clean air. This map is a tool that can help you find a smokefree apartment.

This map is a new feature on our website and apartments are continuously being added. Each apartment complex must provide proof of their smokefree status before being included on the map. Policies may change so when searching for a smokefree apartment, be sure to look for language in the lease which verifies that the complex is smokefree.

Property Managers

If your apartment complex is already smokefree and you would like to be listed on our map, please send an e-mail to [email protected]. Please attach a copy of the smokefree section of your lease addendum or written policy as proof. This helps us ensure that our map is as accurate as possible.
If you have been asking residents not to smoke, but do not have a written lease addendum, we can help you adopt one. Our assistance is completely free. Please send us an e-mail to learn more. Did You Know?

The City of Oklahoma City adopted a resolution in 2017 encouraging multi-unit residential housing owners, managers and supervisors “to support the quality of life of their tenants by providing all tenants the option of residing in a smoke-free building.”
