Social Services & Community Resources
The Maternal and Child Health Outreach Program provides supportive services to families who have experienced a stillbirth or the loss of an infant. This program provides free counseling, assistance with finding resources for a variety of needs including grief and bereavement, depression, relationship problems, and basic needs like food, clothing, housing, and transportation.
