Are you ready to lose weight? Do you want to be healthier?

Join us for the next three months on a journey to help Oklahoma lose weight! Take It Off Oklahoma is a three-month weight loss challenge coordinated by FOX 25 News and the Oklahoma City-County Health Department (OCCHD).


Weigh-in’s will be held on:
May 8th, June 12th and July 10th from 7am-6pm

What is the goal of the program?
Each participant who joins the competition will be given a goal to lose 5 percent of their body weight during the three-month period.

Competition Rules

All participants in the Take It Off Oklahoma competition must be at least 18 years of age at the date of the first weigh in. To be eligible for the grand prize, participants must begin the competition during the first month’s weigh-in session. To be eligible for the 5 percent weight-loss drawing and the biggest loser prize, participants must attend at least two of the three weigh-in sessions. Participants joining during the second or third month’s weigh ins, can receive monthly incentives, but not be eligible to be the biggest loser or 5 percent weight loss drawings for the competition. If a participant misses one of the monthly weigh-in sessions, no weight will be recorded for that month. If the final month of the competition is missed, the participant’s weight from the previous months weigh in will be used as their final weight.

All participants must be able to stand unassisted in an upright position on a raised medical grade scale and stand still for an appropriate amount of time to read their weight. All participant must be able to stand upright to establish an accurate height measurement. Participants who are unable to complete those two criteria will be excluded from the competition.

Participants who do not provide consent on their registration form that their contact information can be shared with competition sponsors if they win a prize, will be excluded from receiving any of the prizes provided through the Take It Off Oklahoma program.

All prizes for the Take It Off Oklahoma competition will be provided and distributed by prize sponsors.

No participant will be excluded from the competition based on city of residence.
