As of November 17, 2009, all Oklahomans who wants to reduce their risk of H1N1 infection are now eligible to receive the H1N1 vaccine. However, vaccine remains limited, and the following risk groups remain our top priorities:
- Children, adolescents and young adults ages 6 months – 24 years
- Pregnant women
- All healthcare and emergency medical services personnel
- Any person who lives with, or provides care for, infants aged less than 6 months (e.g., parents, siblings, grandparents and daycare providers)
- Persons 25-64 years who have medical conditions that put them at higher risk for influenza-related complications
