The Incredible Years programs are research-based, proven effective programs for reducing children’s aggression and behavior problems and increasing social competence. They were developed by Carolyn Webster-Stratton, M.S.N., M.P.H., Ph.D, Professor and Director of the Parenting Clinic at the University of Washington. Child Development Specialists and Psychological Clinicians in Child Guidance team with other community service providers to teach these classes to parents of children from age 1 through 8 years.
