The Total Wellness program provides education for Oklahoma County residents on preventing diabetes, heart disease, cancer and asthma. Cholesterol, blood sugar and blood pressure screenings are also offered to class participants. For more information, please visit our Total Wellness page.

My Heart, My Health, My Family

My Heart, My Health, My Family is a comprehensive health program aimed at reducing heart attacks, strokes, and premature death. In conjunction with Community Health Centers Inc., this Cardiovascular Disease (CVD) Program provides services to men and women living in the 73111 zip code. African American Diabetes Prevention PARTNERS

The African American Diabetes Prevention PARTNERS is a coalition that brings together individuals and organizations from all around the community working together to reduce the incidence of Diabetes in Oklahoma County.
