The Environmental Health section, along with the Food Protection section, includes everything that our Consumer Protection Department routinely inspects. The facilities we inspect include:
- Day Cares and Childcare Centers
- Massage Establishments
- Barbershops
- Hotels and Lodging Establishments
- Kennels
- Solid Waste Disposal Trucks
- Mobile Home Parks
In addition to routine inspections, we also check for licensing of the facility and/or the employees. This ensures that the facility is maintained and inspected regularly by one of our inspectors and that the workers are trained properly also.
