The Consumer Protection Department at OCCHD investigates allegations of foodborne illness occurrences within Oklahoma County. Investigations are implemented when it is determined that two or more people not of the same household have consumed a common meal during a specified time and became ill. If you think you may have become ill from consuming a meal at an eatery in Oklahoma City or in Oklahoma County, please fill out our information form, and one of our investigators will contact you.
