Child Guidance: Child Guidance strives to improve the health of children through parent/caretakers education, screenings, and consultation services with schools and agencies. Child Development, Psychology, and Speech/Language are the three areas in which services are offered. Classes, assessments, and counseling is by appointment at several community sites county-wide.  For more information:  425-4412.

Child Health: Child Health serves to enhance the health development and well being of children and to reduce preventable childhood disease. Services, including well-baby and well-child clinics, WIC, Immunizations and infant care seats, are also provided at satellite clinics across the city.  For more information:  425-4372.

Health Center West-Family Planning& Maternity Services:  Health Center West is a satellite location at 4330 N.W. 10th Street, which offers pregnancy testing, family planning, prenatal/maternity and  WIC services.  These programs promote reproductive health, improve birth outcomes and reduce unintended pregnancies.  For more information: 419-4150.

Senior Services: Senior Services provides health education and referral services for adults 50 years of age and older.  We provide a self-management class entitled "Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions." The class is once a week (2hours) for six weeks. Each class builds on the previous one, so each participant is encouraged to attend all six classes. All classes are free.  Senior Services also has a volunteer program where seniors can assist at OCCHD. If interested in volunteering, please call 419-4107

Sexually Transmitted Diseases Sexually Transmitted Diseases Our STD clinic services are available to anyone twelve years of age and older. Our clinic provides evaluation and treatment of some STDs with an emphasis on prevention.  The clinic is a walk-in clinic located at the main building.  For more information:  425-4430.

TB Control Center:  Tuberculosis Control Center is another satellite location at 400 NE 50th Street. This program is responsible for the surveillance, control and prevention of tuberculosis. Services include routine screenings, case evaluation and oversight, and preventive health care. Staff specialize in case management, community education, contact investigation, preventive therapy and counseling clients. The primary objective of this program is prevention and control of tuberculosis.  For more information:  419-4000.
